Dennis McCarthy has been serving nonprofits for over 30 years in the design and implementation of integrated marketing solutions; and building and managing technology solutions for some of America’s largest and most complex nonprofit organizations. Now at Target Analytics, a Blackbaud company, Dennis manages the Enterprise Sales team, which provides market research and supporter insight tools for the top 100 nonprofits in America. Dennis writes and speaks on topics such as integrated marketing and business analytics. Prior to Target Analytics, Dennis managed the Strategic Services Practice at Convio. This group was comprised of consultants in Business Analytics, Design & Information Architecture, Deployment Services and Agency Services. Dennis provides thought leadership on topics such as integrated marketing and peer- to-peer fundraising, and recently co-authored the 2011 On-Line Benchmarking Report. Prior to Convio, Dennis worked as General Manager at Epsilon, where he deployed a successful custom CRM solution for a national health care organization with over 50 affiliates. Prior to that, Dennis and his team built Share Group into one of the largest tele-fundraising firms in the country with over 130 nonprofit clients. While there, his team built a best-in-class CRM tool for segmentation, reporting and analytics of both online and offline interactions that served as a backbone for Share’s clients. Dennis has been a frequent speaker at national and local DMA, AFP and PBS conferences. |
